What You Will Learn Participatein the Matthews™ Universitytrainingprogram to learn the fundamentals of commercial real estate,professional development,financial underwriting,and sales, as well asbrokerage, through the lens of investment sales, leasing, and capital markets. Observeand practice marketing and lead generation techniques, including cold calling, research, and client communications. Gain foundational understanding of market research, property valuation, andfinancial underwriting/investment analysis. Requirements Rising college juniors or seniors graduating in between December 2026 and June 2027.
