Physical Therapist / RPT / PT / PRN – Dyer, TN We are currently offering a PRN opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our skilled nursing facility in Dyer, TN. This position involves consistent weekly coverage of 5–10 hours each week to cover a maternity leave from July to October 2025. The role offers a premium rate of $65 per hour for employees who meet the coverage requirement. Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing therapy company that partners with providers across all settings—including assisted/independent and skilled nursing facilities—to provide premier physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Requirements PRN shift coverage: Must offer consistent weekly coverage of 5–10 hours. Tennessee Physical Therapy license required. Physical Therapist degree required.
