Tim Love Restaurants is looking for a driven and experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize our business operations in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a growing company where your leadership will shape the future of our organization. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations across all departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning and business development
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a director-level role
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L oversight
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
