Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room technology.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Handle user provisioning, password resets, group changes, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Deploy and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

• Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk experience.

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.

• Entra ID (Azure AD) administration experience.

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience supporting executive or high-visibility users.

• ITIL familiarity.

• Microsoft Intune

• macOS Support

• A+, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
