Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the production floor Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production-related systems Flexibility during peak operational periods What You'll Do Lead and coach production teams. Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations. Drive safety, quality, and production goals.
