Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time About the Role Code 4 Private Security is seeking reliable and professional Pool Attendants for a residential community in Chino. This position focuses on monitoring the pool area, ensuring residents follow community rules, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. We are currently hiring for the following shifts: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM Responsibilities Monitor pool area to ensure safety and rule compliance Check resident access and prevent unauthorized entry Maintain a visible presence at all times Ensure pool area remains clean and organized Report any unsafe behavior, incidents, or maintenance issues Enforce community rules in a professional and respectful manner Assist residents with general questions when needed Minimum Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain attentive and professional in a public setting Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a customer service role CPR/First Aid certification Experience working in residential or HOA communities Skills Strong observation and communication skills are essential for maintaining a safe pool environment. The ability to enforce rules professionally helps ensure a positive experience for residents.
