We are looking for a welcoming and highly organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in New Orleans, Louisiana. The person in this role will balance guest interactions, communication support, and office coordination with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain calendars to help ensure efficient daily operations.

• Prepare, send, and respond to email communications in a timely and thorough manner.

• Enter and update information accurately in office records, databases, and tracking systems.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical files so documents remain accessible and up to date.

• Provide courteous customer service by assisting guests, employees, and callers with routine questions and requests.

• Support general administrative activities by creating documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Monitor front desk workflows and help maintain an orderly, well-kept reception area.

• Experience working in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while maintaining a detail-focused and friendly demeanor.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to organize files, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars in a fast-paced office environment.
