• Mon - Thu: 7 am - 7 pm hospital coverage; Fri - Sun: call
• Weekday call: 7 pm - 7 am; weekend call: Fri 7 am - Mon 7 am
• Low call-back percentage
• Weekend rounding -- 8 - 9 patients Friday and Saturday
• 5 new consults per week; daily rounding on 3 - 4 patients
• 100% adult inpatient population
