Job Description

An established Lincoln organization is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead its accounting and financial operations and serve as a key financial partner to executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the hands-on and leadership sides of finance. You’ll take ownership of a significant annual budgeting process, oversee accounting and financial reporting, lead the business office, and help ensure compliance across multiple programs and affiliated entities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, Assemble, and Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll, and audit preparation
• Manage and develop finance/business office staff
• Support regulatory compliance, funding, and financial policies
• Present financial information to leadership and key stakeholders

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong accounting and finance leadership experience
• Hands-on experience building and managing a large annual budget
• Financial reporting and audit preparation experience
• Nonprofit, governmental, or regulated-industry experience preferred
• CPA, Yardi, or public-sector experience is a plus
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Lincoln
