Facility and Grounds Maintenance (CDL Plus)
Private School and Church
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility preventive maintenance
- Facility minor repairs
- Setting up, preparing, cleaning sites for events and special functions
- Occasional custodial duties
- Grounds Maintenance – mostly mowing, trimming, minor repairs
- Seasonal duties vary and would include but not limited to snow and ice management
- Emptying campus trash receptacles
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using both manual and power tools, mowers, trimmers, edgers
- Able to climb and stand on ladders
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Christian who regularly attends a local church
- Pass Criminal Background Check

CDL PLUS
Having a Class B CDL with P and S endorsement would be a plus and would significantly increase the hourly rate on those hours where you are assigned these duties for field trips. All state CDL requirements apply.
