This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for an RN who can bring structure, accountability, sound clinical judgment, and consistent support to a nursing team. You will partner closely with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, providers, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to strengthen nursing practice and resident outcomes. You will have meaningful accountability for your unit - but you will not be expected to lead without support.
