We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our client's production and assembly team. In this role, you will build, test, and repair specialized electronic assemblies and PCB components, ensuring all equipment meets precise technical specifications and quality standards.

Job Location - Lomira, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) -1st Shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Starting Pay - $25.00 + (BOE)

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED


Required Experience - At least 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

- solder electronic assemblies to the IPC-A-610 standard (or equivalent)


- build proto-type and production products using Bill of Material (BOM) and work instructions


- test proto-type and production products using PTI test procedures

- general knowledge of electronics

- read and follow schematics, interpret wiring diagrams

- working knowledge of basic test equipment: power supplies, digital multimeters and analog multimeters


Qualifications

- Knowledge of AS9100D Quality System


- Experience in Soldering (documented training in the IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001G preferred)


- Knowledge of Electro Static Discharge (ESD) policy and procedures
