Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess mobility, strength, and function, designing tailored treatment plans to address individual needs.
• Implementing and executing effective and evidence-based physical therapy interventions for clients of all ages.
• Regularly reassessing patient progress towards set goals, modifying treatment strategies based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of services provided, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic health record system to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Providing education and support to patients and families, helping them navigate the recovery process while addressing any challenges they may encounter.
• Collaborating with colleagues across various disciplines to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple services, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits
