The role of the Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is to perform outreach and engage with lubrication and maintenance professionals across the industrial market. The objective of the CES is to close single and group registrations in our public training courses and discover needs that the Noria Sales Team can address.

• Not afraid to cold call and follow up with leads over email

• Learn new digital tools quickly, especially HubSpot

It’s a plus if you are comfortable with mechanical processes.

You will have an edge if you have experience in industrial maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Marketing leads
• Perform geographical outreach
• Initial follow-up of incoming form submissions.
• Create and execute on outbound sales target lists.
• Create a robust LinkedIn platform network and post with creativity
• Attendance at weekly sales meetings.
• Utilization of HubSpot for task assignment and follow-up.
• Procure interest in Noria’s consulting services and set up meetings for the Sales Representatives.
• Coordination with other departments for project logistics
• Management and filing in customer server folders.
• Updating customer reference documents

Salary:

• Base salary plus commission.

Requirements

Education: High School graduate

Experience

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
