I’m a graduate of Lake Forest College, where I played football, and I’m an avid golfer who enjoys traveling and staying active. Our office is a close-knit, team-first environment with a very structured and intentional workday. Everyone knows what they’re responsible for — from leads and calls to daily priorities — allowing us to work efficiently from 9–5 while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
