The Director of Growth is responsible for driving the growth of our Keller Williams Market Center by attracting, engaging, and onboarding new real estate agents. This individual is the first point of contact for many prospective agents and plays a key role in creating an exceptional first impression of our office and culture.

Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current

• Drive the growth of our Keller Williams Market Center by attracting and engaging new real estate agents.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective agents, ensuring a welcoming and informative introduction to our office and culture.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase agent recruitment and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and target potential growth opportunities within the real estate market.
• Conduct informative and engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of joining our team.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our culture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
