Position Overview: Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time 0.5 FTE Pediatrician to join our Silverdale Medical Center team in Silverdale, Washington. This position is 100% outpatient You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $260,772 to $306,791 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
