Senior Director of IT

This role leads the enterprise‑wide IT vision, execution, cybersecurity, governance, and operational excellence at Nature's Way. The Senior Director manages a $12M+ operating budget, oversees a diverse team of 40+ IT professionals, and guides strategic partners, ensuring technology capabilities such as SAP S/4 HANA, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Cybersecurity drive business objectives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial, and corporate functions. The position is hybrid, with an expectation to be onsite in Green Bay approximately three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year IT roadmap aligned with Nature's Way strategic growth priorities.
• Act as the primary technology advisor to the executive team, identifying opportunities where digital transformation can create competitive advantage.
• Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating business strategy into technology solutions.
