Healthcare Business Analyst

Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Support business process improvement and reengineering initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors to complete projects and service requests. Define, assign, monitor, and evaluate vendor deliverables. Develop and review project artifacts, including requirements, test cases, traceability documentation, design specifications, and technical specifications. Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and support solution implementations. Manage project scope, acceptance, deployment, system integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify project risks, potential issues, and mitigation strategies. Analyze HHS policies, procedures, and standards and determine their impact on automated systems. Support documentation and delivery of application functionality. Develop processes and documentation to ensure a consistent approach to integrated solutions. Work collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience coordinating with external vendors to complete projects and service requests. 8+ years of experience developing and/or reviewing requirements documentation, test cases, traceability, design specifications, and technical specifications. 8+ years of experience analyzing systems, troubleshooting problems, and supporting solution implementations. 8+ years of experience managing project scope, acceptance, deployment, system integration, and UAT. 8+ years of experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. 8+ years of experience analyzing HHS policies, procedures, and standards and determining their impact on automated systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Indotronix Avani Group
