TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.Responsibilities:Own vertical-first content capture and production across assigned shows/eventsProduce social-first content, talent requests, partner shoots, quick concepts, trends, reactions, arrivals, promos, and BTS momentsSupport internal and external partner requests involving talent, executives, community, sponsorship, PR, and priority business needsWork with department leads on daily priorities, coverage needs, and show/event focusTurn around quick edits when needed while maintaining focus on field productionHelp flag top-performing posts, content wins, and useful metrics from assigned coverageEnsure all content is produced and optimized for social media publishingMonitor content performance, identify trends, and apply learnings to future content decisionsAbility to travel domestically and internationally as needed, based on business prioritiesKeep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands and productsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in digital/social video production, preferably in the sports, entertainment and/or television industriesBackground in content creation, video editing and collaborating in the social media space with a proven ability to conceive and produce highly engaging contentStrong video production and editing judgment with proven track record of independently conceiving and publishing compelling content across multiple platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredProficiency in video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and CapcutMust be organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with an ability to thrive under pressureMust be able to work rotating, non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekendsWorking knowledge of WWE shows and talent strongly preferredImpeccable grammar and diction requiredAbility to travel extensively requiredWWE EEO Statement: WWE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
