A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - PCU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour day shifts starting at 7:00 AM /n• Weekend requirements with no block scheduling available /n• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required /n• Neuro stepdown experience required or strong med/surg experience with stepdown background /n• NIHSS certification required and must be included in CV packet /n• ACLS certification required /n• EPIC electronic medical record system experience required /n• Work with neurological patients in progressive care unit setting /n• May also work with medical/surgical patients /n• Manager interview and approval required for position /n• Complete skills checklist, references, and certification verification required /n• Nursys license verification required /n• Work history resume with no gaps greater than 60 days required /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a progressive care unit specializing in neurological patient care.
