Join a mission-driven nephrology team reimagining kidney care through value-based medicine and coordinated support across Utah s Wasatch Front and beyond. We are recruiting a board-certified Nephrologist to serve patients at integrated clinics in Provo, American Fork, Salem, Richfield, Roosevelt, and Vernal.

Our program offers full-spectrum kidney care CKD management, dialysis (HD/PD), anemia/bone management, hypertension, transplant co-management in a physician-led organization focused on better outcomes, lower costs, and enhanced patient experience.

The Role

Deliver outpatient/inpatient nephrology care: CKD management, AKI consults, hypertension/electrolytes, anemia/bone disorders, dialysis oversight, transplant co-management.
Contribute to value-based initiatives for quality and efficiency.
Shared call with sustainable scheduling.
Primary practice in Provo/American Fork/Salem; optional outreach to other sites.

Qualifications

MD/DO; Board Certified in Nephrology (ABIM).
Active/eligible Utah medical license.
Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care.
Strong communication, collaboration, and judgment.
Comfort with multisite/outreach model.
