CNC Machinist 

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour days with weekends off!)

Location: Kansas City, KS (On-site)

As a CNC Machinist, you will program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to manufacture high-precision products with minimal supervision.

• Machining & Programming: Program CNC software, interpret G-code, and operate 3 and 5-axis CNC machinery to execute precise production.

• Blueprint Reading: Read technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure finished products meet exact specifications.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose equipment issues, adjust machine settings, and optimize production performance.

• Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to inspect parts and ensure strict quality compliance.

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or precision production environment.

• Technical Skills: Ability to program software, interpret G-code, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis machines.

• Tools & Inspection: High proficiency with manual tools and precision measuring devices (calipers, tape measures, etc.).

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Mindset: mechanical aptitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while remaining a team player.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC software, operate machines, and ensure quality production.

• Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and work orders to execute precise machining.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.

• Work in a heavy industrial environment, using manual tools and equipment as needed.
