Pay Range: $17.00 - $30.00 / hour (Based on experience)


Schedule: 3rd Shift | Tuesday - Saturday | 9:00 PM -5:00 AM

Pay Tiers

• $17.00 - $20.00 / hr: 1-3 years of building maintenance experience
• $25.00 - $30.00 / hr: 4-6+ years of advanced trade/facilities experience

Shift & Hours

• Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday
• Shift Hours: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (3rd Shift / Night Shift)
• Employment Status: Temp-to-Hire (Proven performance leads to permanent full-time placement)

What You'll Do

• Tile & Grout Maintenance: Inspect, patch, repair, and replace floor/wall tiles; clean, seal, and refresh grout to match existing finishes.
• Concrete & Surface Upkeep: Handle minor concrete repairs on walkways, loading docks, and floors; patch spalling/cracks, apply sealants, and eliminate trip hazards.
• Ceiling & Framework Maintenance: Swap out damaged ceiling tiles, repair suspended grid systems, and track inventory for quick fixes.
• Painting & Drywall: Clean, sand, patch, prime, and match paint finishes on interior walls, doors, trim, and fixtures for a polished finish.
• General Repairs & Carpentry: Knock out daily work orders including door hardware, lock repairs, furniture assembly, signage installation, and light drywall.
• Preventative Upkeep: Spot potential issues early during routine walkthroughs to prevent downtime and keep work areas safe and clean.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 1-6+ years in commercial building maintenance, property upkeep, or trade/handyman work.
• Skillset: Solid knowledge of hand/power tools, surface prep, tile matching, and basic carpentry.
• Mindset: Reliable night-shift worker, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to secure long-term employment.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, bending, working on ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
