Our solution not only reduces worry and frustration for patients and their families but also improves overall health outcomes and reduces the total cost of care.The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work directly with our Chief Technology Officer to build and extend our AI-first technology suite. This role is central to our engineering strategy — you will use Claude Code and the Anthropic API daily to build intelligent clinical workflows, automate patient communication, and extend our no-code pathway builder with LLM capabilities.You'll work across our three core products:No-code pathway builder for clinical journey designCommunication management CRM for patient interactionsInteroperability layer for real-time data feed ingestionAI EngineeringBuild and maintain AI-powered features using Claude Code and the Anthropic APIDesign prompt engineering strategies for patient-facing and internal clinical workflowsIntegrate LLM capabilities responsibly within HIPAA-compliant systemsBuild guardrails and safety layers for AI-generated patient-facing contentEvaluate new AI capabilities and determine production readinessFull Stack DevelopmentCollaborate with the CTO to develop features and updates across our technology suiteDevelop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software to meet clinical and product requirementsDesign and implement scalable APIs and data pipelines for real-time patient interactionsContribute to code reviews and architecture discussionsEnsure all systems adhere to regulatory security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)Scope projects from customer interviews and shadow sessions to drive product decisionsCommunicationCommunicate effectively with clinical teams, business users, and external partnersMentor and support other team members in executing on productFoster cross-functional collaboration on system design and product scopingRequired Skills & ExperienceClaude Code & Anthropic API: Hands-on production experience requiredLLM Integration: Experience building with LLMs in production environmentsFull Stack: 5+ years across frontend and backend (React, Node.js, Python, or similar)Data Integration: Experience ingesting and normalizing third-party data feedsHealthcare/Regulated Tech: Understanding of HIPAA or similar compliance frameworksStartup Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and wearing multiple hatsPreferred SkillsExperience with no-code/low-code platform developmentWorkflow engine or rules engine designAI safety practices in regulated or sensitive domainsReal-time communication systems at scalePay Range $175K-$250K depending on experience.
