Bilingual Paralegal

Seeking Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Paralegal ( Fluency in Spanish is required) Raleigh law firm seeks personable, professional, experienced and hard-working paralegal. Responsibilities include regular interaction with clients and attorneys. Duties include conducting preliminary client intake, managing case files and client documents, assisting attorneys with drafting documents, and preparing for hearings. They also include ensuring that filings are in compliance with relevant court rules and statutory guidelines. Must be a very organized, responsible self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to complete tasks. The position will focus on worker's compensation claims and experience in this area is a plus. Must have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as a desire to work hard to serve our client’s needs. We offer competitive pay with full benefits.
