Driver- Non-CDL

Job Overview Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions in your area. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, leading crews, interacting with customers, and growing within the company. Responsibilities Transport goods using a company truck Lead the crew in loading and unloading shipments Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping before loading Perform accurate inventory of shipment Assist with loading trucks and/or containers for interstate movement Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of truck and moving equipment Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Real ID, Commercial Driver’s ID, or driver’s license preferred Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, or interstate Ability to operate a box truck Excellent communication skills Reliability and punctuality; ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of DOT regulations Clean driving record and compliance with zero‑tolerance drug policy Benefits 40 hours of vacation pay after 1‑year employment Array of voluntary health benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more) 8 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal included) Referral bonus programs Summer intern scholarship program for qualifying interns ($500, $750, $1,000 depending on internship years) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Coleman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively “CWM”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
