What You’ll Own

You’ll be the leader of the four walls—driving great hospitality, developing your team, and delivering strong restaurant results.

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and cash controls
• Execute scheduling and ensure strong MOD coverage
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and facilities
• Build your leadership bench and develop your successor

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant management experience
• Strong people leadership and team-development skills
• Knowledge of sales, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant operations
• Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
• Strong hospitality and guest-recovery skills
• Food-safety certification
• Toast and 7shifts experience is a plus
