What Your First Year Looks Like Here This is the next chapter in your clinical journey, and youwon'tbe navigating it alone. From day oneyou'llbe surrounded by BCBAs andcolleaguein OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are excited to collaborate and grow alongside you. Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated support and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload gradually so you can build confidence and clinical depth at the same time. You will carry up toa10-clientcaseload sized so you candoyour best work rather than just manage volume. Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise and mentor your RBT team, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate directly with yourmultidisciplinary teamon shared clients. Documentation flexibility meansas long asyour job responsibilities are met,you can handle notes and indirect tasks fromhome,so your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve.
