Hospice Registered Nurse

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Hospice Registered Nurse in Forty Fort, PA. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Pay: $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience

Type: Two-month contract

Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday – Friday)

On Call Requirement: every other weekend on call - 3 nights per week

Coverage Areas: Luzerne and Lackawanna county

Primary Responsibilities:

· Admissions, discharges

· Recertifications

· Comprehensive patient care

· Care plan review

· Medication monitoring and ordering

· DME ordering, supply ordering

· Death visits

· Personal care

Qualifications:

· Current RN License in Pennsylvania

· Hospice experience

· HCHB PCC documentation experience

· Valid Driver’s License

· CPR Certification
