What You Will Be Doing Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades on commercial and industrial electrical systems Install raceway systems including conduit, cable tray, and structured wiring Troubleshoot motor and control systems and implement solutions Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Coordinate with field leadership and other trades on active jobsites Maintain safe work practices and adhere to NEC standards Support project timelines through efficient and organized work execution Project Scope Commercial electrical installations Industrial electrical systems Residential electrical work as needed Controls and motor system troubleshooting New construction and project based assignments What We Are Looking For Active TDLR Journeyman Electrician License required Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work Strong ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and electrical tools Independent problem solving skills and strong work ethic Ability to work on travel assignments as needed 8 or more years of total electrical experience and completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred Travel Details Regional project assignments available Per diem provided for travel projects Mileage reimbursement included Project based travel schedule Compensation & Premium Benefits $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Weekly pay cycle Per diem and mileage reimbursement for travel assignments Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off on a Monday through Friday schedule Paid training and certifications Performance based career growth opportunities Company provided uniforms Premium tech package Annual company outings About Solaris Electric LLC Solaris Electric focuses on delivering high quality electrical work across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
