Occupational Therapy Assistant – Full Time (Mt. Angel, OR) Mt. Angel Health and Rehabilitation is a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We are seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our in‑house rehab program. Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
