Food Production Worker

You will work in our food facility making sure our food is safe, fresh, and made correctly. Your main task is checking and recording temperatures.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 5 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Take Temperatures: Use a probe thermometer to check the temperature of cooked food, raw ingredients, refrigerators, and freezers.

• Inspect Food & Packaging: Check product weights, seal quality, and make sure the food looks right before it gets shipped out.

• Keep Logs: Write down temperatures and checklist answers on daily paper or digital log sheets.

• Report Problems: Tell your supervisor right away if food temperatures are too hot or too cold.

• Follow Safety Rules: Wash hands, wear clean gear (hairnets/gloves), and keep equipment clean.
