Located in Honolulu, HI Salary: Up to $60,000 Human Resources Coordinator Honolulu, HI | Full-Time | Onsite A respected Honolulu organization is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions in a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and discretion. This position works closely with leadership and employees across the organization and plays an important role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, compliance initiatives, and HR programs. - Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file administration
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
- Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and policy-related inquiries
- Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Support compliance, reporting, and HR documentation processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of human resources experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or other fast-paced office environments
- Exposure to recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations support, or HR compliance activities
- HRIS experience
