We are looking for a New Home Advisor to join our team in the Richmond, VA area. We are looking for YOU! Who You Are A Strong Communicator. What You'll Do Responsible for leading prospective customers through beginning of homebuying process within assigned communities and assist throughout the full customer experience. Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals and standards within assigned communities. Serve as primary point of contact with customers from contract to close to achieve a successful customer experience. Generate traffic for communities through realtor outreach, collaborating with Marketing department, and following up with past prospects. Monitor and record data within the sales platform and prepare periodic reports in a timely manner. Requirements High School degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in homebuilding, sales, customer service, or related field required. Demonstrated ability to close sales in a professional manner. Demonstrated ability to provide a successful customer experience within a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities. Ability to adapt to change by acquiring and mastering new skills. Must be able to work weekends, some holidays, and some evenings. The New Home Advisor is compensated on a straight commission basis per the New Home Advisor Compensation Agreement. Travel Required Yes. Frequent local travel is required.
