Pharmacist Manager

Pharmacist Manager HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist Manager to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare organization in Portsmouth, RI. Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist Manager Meet/exceed site budgets. Leverage operating policies, procedures and process to ensure operational excellence (5 Rs). Optimize cost management in line with script counts. In coordination with the General Manager, serve as primary owner for Band III accounts, and facility owner for Band I and II accounts in assigned geography. Drive organic growth and mitigate risk with existing customer relationships. Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with appropriate regional leadership. Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth. Typical daytime hours 8-5pm M-F (40 hours per week on site). Required Qualifications for Pharmacist Manager Current license to practice pharmacy in Rhode Island Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
