PRN Physical Therapist (PT) Andover Village Rehabilitation & Wellness | Andover, OH Looking for a PRN Opportunity You'll Actually Enjoy? Join Our In-House Rehab Team!
Do you love helping people get back on their feet? Looking for a flexible PRN position with a supportive team that truly enjoys working together? Andover Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is searching for an energetic, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation department!
Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule or simply enjoy the flexibility that PRN offers, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while working alongside an amazing interdisciplinary team committed to exceptional resident care.

- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to maximize mobility, safety, and independence
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health and PCC
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and physicians to provide outstanding resident care
- Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention
- Help residents achieve their goals while celebrating every milestone along the way
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Net Health and PCC is preferred
