To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented Full Cycle Accounts Payable Professional with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact, while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber. We are seeking a Full Cycle Accounts Payable Professional to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities Include: - Perform the full cycle of accounts payable activities including coding, data entry, invoice validation and payment processing. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and prepare reports as needed. - Record financial transactions in the general ledger. - Prepare and post journal entries to reflect account balances accurately. - Reconcile accounts and resolving any discrepancies. - Assist in month-end close activities and provide necessary support to the Corporate Controller. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Corporate Controller. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Full Cycle AP - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with Accounting Software Systems - Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field Benefits - Pre-IPO Stock Options - Medical, Dental & Vision care - 401(k) - Employee Assistance Program - Employee Discount Program - Life Insurance - Paid time off - Referral Program - Rewards and Recognition Program The base compensation range for this role is USD 55,000-85,000 per year. Total compensation includes bonus opportunity and equity, and will vary based on candidate location.
