We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to school-aged students in an in-person school setting. This is a part-time role with flexible hours based on student needs. Hours may exceed 10 per week, with workload discussed during the interview. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and therapy
- Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress
- Provide individual and small-group therapy services
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IDEA guidelines
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license
- CCC-SLP (or eligibility)
- Experience with school-based IEPs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- No weekends, on-call, or benefits
- Feedback provided within 48 hours of interview
