Superior Talent Source

Job Description

General Manager | Full Service | NEW Restaurant Opening Soon | CLOSED Holidays

We are gearing up to open a high-energy, full-service restaurant and we're looking for a General Manager to help bring it to life. Great food, craft cocktails, and an elevated guest experience are at the core of everything we do. If you're a seasoned leader who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment and wants to build something from the ground up, this is your moment.

And yes, we're closed six major holidays a year.

What You'll Get

Competitive salary plus generous health benefits, PTO, and employee discounts.
Six paid holidays annually.
A $2,000 dining allowance per year because we want you out there eating, experiencing, and getting inspired.
Real growth potential within a concept that's built to scale.
And a team-first culture where ownership is genuinely invested in your success.

What You Bring

Three or more years of General Manager experience in a full-service or polished casual environment.
New restaurant opening experience is a significant plus.
You're a natural leader who connects with people, solves problems quickly, and keeps composure when the pressure is on.
You have a genuine guest-first mindset, a love for elevated hospitality, and the financial acumen to run a profitable operation
