Pay: $18-$20 per hour About the Role Atomic ABA ( is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. We have current openings in Los Alamos & Santa Fe, NM . The position offers a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields. BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. - Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and document accurate data on client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields (preferred)
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
- A compassionate and patient approach to care
- Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
- A supportive and team-oriented work culture
- Ongoing clinical support and supervision
