Senior Manager of E-Commerce

Our client is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager with a hybrid work in office cadence (3 I/O, 2 WFH) to lead the performance and growth of a dot come commercial business.  This role owns the DTC channel end-to-end, driving revenue, optimizing the customer experience, and translating strategy into execution.  This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, partnering closely with Marketing, Planning, Design and Product teams.  This role is accessible by train (Metro North) or car from NYC.

• The salary range for this role is $140,000.

Responsibilities:

• Own ecommerce performance (revenue, CVR, AOV) and deliver against growth targets
• Develop and execute trading strategy (promotions, product focus, pacing)
• Lead ecommerce roadmap (UX, CRO, site enhancements, technology)
• Drive site optimization through testing, analytics, and customer insights
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Inventory, and Product teams
• Manage external agencies (development, SEO, CRO)
• Own ecommerce budget and P&L performance
• Ensure alignment with brand and licensor guidelines
• Partner with Design and Planning to create the proper assortment strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ecommerce or DTC performance roles with at least 3 years in a management position
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Experience managing site performance, CRO, and digital best practices
• Ability to own P&L and drive measurable growth
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in apparel or consumer goods preferred
• High proficiency in Excel
• Curiosity for data and analysis
