Food Service RoleResponsible for supporting our Guest Advisors by delivering food orders from the kitchen to Guest's tables quickly and accurately. Duties include communicating with staff to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the right table, and helping with cleanup duties after the conclusion of service.General AccountabilitiesServe welcome drinks and appetizers to guests upon arrival.Deliver food orders to guests promptly and accurately.Function as the liaison between the kitchen and the dining area, including the organization of timing and spacing of food to table.Check in with guests to ensure everything is exceeding expectations and that they have all they need to thoroughly enjoy their experience.Manage various impromptu requests from guests.Assist with setting tables, including placing tableware, utensils, and napkins, as well as remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables.Relay reports of guest satisfaction to the management and relevant partiesJob QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderSkillsPhysical stamina to carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.Excellent verbal and written communicationService orientationJudgment and decision makingSocial perceptiveness
