About the Role We are seeking a Parent-Child and Children’s Gymnastics Instructor / Program Administrator to join our team in a salaried position (30–35 hours per week) . Responsibilities Teaching engaging parent/child and children’s gymnastics classes Partnering with Gym Directors on administrative gym operations Assisting with organizational and program management tasks Supporting families and delivering exceptional customer experience Qualifications Strong leadership skills Excellent organizational abilities The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment A genuine love for working with children and families Must provide 3 current professional references and a letter of recommendation Available for weekly Team Meetings for training at 3:00 - 4:30 PM What We Offer Paid time off when the gym closes for vacation and holiday breaks, including 1 week during the summer Compensation: $38,000.00 per year When you work somewhere this fun, it doesn’t even feel like a job.
