Terms of Reference For National Consultant to Supervise the MAR Construction Works (Kagera Shared Aquifer – One Consultant for Burundi Site) Center: Nile Basin Initiative Secretariat Job Location: Burundi Classification: Consultancies Consultancy Category: Individual Consultancy Application Deadline: March 6, 2026 Description NBI intends to employ the services of an Individual National Consultant to participate in and support the supervision of the MAR Construction Works (Kagera Shared Aquifer, Burundi) in consultation with the international consultant and the implementation consultants. This assignment is funded through NBI member country contributions and the Global Environment Facility via the United Nations Development Programme. The consultant will be nominated by the local authorities in consultation with the focal institution.
