Serving as the primary point of contact for merchandise sales, inventory management, and order fulfillment, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while bringing the company's brand and culture to life for employees and visitors. You'll operate point-of-sale systems, coordinate vendor relationships, and maintain visual merchandising standards that create an engaging shopping experience both in-store and online. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role you'll have the autonomy to recommend improvements and implement fresh ideas that enhance operations.What your day-to-day will look like:• Deliver outstanding, personalized service to all store visitors and online customers while operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately for in-store transactions• Monitor and track inventory levels, receive and inspect shipments, conduct regular inventory counts, and coordinate proactively with vendors to ensure optimal stock availability• Process online orders with precision by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, then generate shipping labels and collaborate with the Mail Center on logistics• Design and maintain visually compelling merchandise displays that ensure brand-consistent presentation while keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming• Generate sales and inventory reports using Shopify dashboards and track store budget performance under guidance from the store manager• Manage vendor relationships including communication, follow-up, and coordination to support seamless operations• Document and propose enhancements such as new merchandise ideas, store updates, and online improvements to continuously elevate the customer experienceRequired qualifications:• 2 years of retail, customer service, or store operations experience• Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)• Experience with digital collaboration tools (Outlook, Slack) and retail systems such as POS, inventory management, or e-commerce platforms like Shopify• Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ pounds regularly• Visual merchandising or store operations experiencePreferred qualifications:• Experience coordinating across multiple locations or managing remote fulfillment operations• Familiarity with budget tracking and sales reporting in a retail environmentSchedule: M-F 8AM-5PMLocation: Redwood City,CAThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
