We are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter that is comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment for our contract team in our Commercial and Light Industrial Division. Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Collect names of future clients from candidates interviewing Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years recruiting in high volume agency/recruiting firm environment Amazing research and sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Indeed or other ATS, AI sourcing tools Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Google Workspace preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
