As an LPN on our team, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to patients working alongside our team of Nurse Practitioners. This is meaningful work for a nurse who wants more than a routine, someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine human compassion to every visit.What You'll DoConduct head-to-toe patient assessments and monitor vital signs, noting changes in physical or psychological conditionAdminister medications and treatments with a focus on pain relief, nausea control, and wound careEducate patients and families on care plans and disease progression, helping them make informed decisions with confidenceCollaborate with a care team to update individualized care plans and coordinate seamless transitions across care settingsMaintain accurate, compliant electronic health records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulationsProvide emotional support and stability to patients and families during end-of-life situationsTravel within the specified region to deliver in-home servicesWhat We're Looking ForActive, unencumbered LPN license in the state of IdahoValid Driver's License and reliable transportationCurrent CPR/BLS certification1-2 years of clinical experience, home healthcare experience preferredAbility to work independently across varied home environments
