Registered Nurse (RN) Low Nurse‑to‑Resident Ratio | Skilled Nursing | Long‑Term Care

We are hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality, hands‑on nursing care in a skilled nursing / long‑term care setting. This role offers a low nurse‑to‑resident ratio, allowing you to deliver individualized, relationship‑based care while working with a supportive healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform resident assessments and provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions
• Maintain IV/PICC lines and complete accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support CNAs as assigned
• Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies

These Are The Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification

• RN - Nights 6:30pm - 7:00am part time
• RN - WOW 6:30pm - 7:00am full time
• RN Supervisor – 6:30pm - 7:00am part time
• Desk Nurse - 6:30am - 3:00pm full time

• RN House Supervisor -12-hour nights WOW
• PRN

Pay: $35.00 per hour
