Summary As a Client Advisor at Desert Hills Outlets, you will build and maintain lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional luxury service and driving sales. The role focuses on personalized client engagement, deep product knowledge, and contributing to store presentation and operations. You will support business growth by meeting individual KPIs and using CRM tools to enhance client experiences. Responsibilities Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPI targets. Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships. Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and brand heritage to guide client purchases. Use CRM tools to record client information and drive targeted outreach and follow-up. Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom and contribute to visual presentation and store image standards. Promote store events and manage client inquiries, orders, shipping, and alterations. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested. Requirements Over 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment. Proven history of exceeding individual and store sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and follow-through. Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
